Big crescent lunges throughout sun salutations, chest expansions with arms wide open in standing postures all mixed into a sweet and steady flow. Create a playlist with your most favourite songs (I’ve included some of mine below) and enjoy the power and simplicity that is Yoga!

Physical Focus: Lots of spinal extensions and teach a few poses you don’t often teach like wild thing, wheel or bow pose. Blend it all together with lots of cat/cow and side stretches to keep the spine subtle and warm.
Mudra: Palms Open – the gesture of giving and receiving
Pranayama: Three-Part breath
Niyama: Santosha – Contentment
Chakra: 4th Chakra – Heart
